Hawthornes (11th & Fitzwater) is looking for a Lead Line Cook to compliment our existing team As we navigate constant changes in our industry, it's essential that our staff remains flexible. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn are necessary to ensure success. Minimum Requirements: Availabilityto work a consistent 5 day work week Ability to consistently work weekends Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch establishment Two Years Experience working in a line cook position Responsibilities: Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment Maintain accurate inventory records of in-house ingredients and inform the management team of any shortages or needed replenishments. Assist in organizing and maintaining the kitchen, including equipment maintenance, dishwashing, and waste disposal. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and labeling of allergens. Continuously strive to improve culinary skills and knowledge through training, experimentation, and staying updated on food trends. Must be willing to wash dishes, mop floors and perform daily cleaning and sanitation of work environment
